2018 Post Draft

Here is this year's installment of 2018 Post Draft reaction:

Well, well, well. We all meet again. And for some, quiet literally in Las Vegas. It’s that time where half the league frantically researches players, the other group sits back and relaxes and Brandon checks the “Auto Draft” box. It’s DVFFL Draft 2018 and I know I couldn’t be happier.
Already there are some early bird favorites at being bottom dwellers. But before we start pointing fingers, let’s really break down WHAT THE FUCK? Royce Freeman in the second round? BAHAHA. What the fuck is going on Cal? I get the, “Go grab the guys you want to root for.” But wow. Wow. WOW.
This article may not be too kind to you.

#1 Kory 2017: 6-7 (2017 Draft Grade: 12th)
Aside from having the politically awkward juxtaposition of Thanos as his avatar and the recently deceased John McCain in his team name, Kory is off to a questionable start. Last year, Kory went all in on the zero RB draft strategy. Drafting Brown, Hilton and Baldwin with his first three picks. Respectable. The next three picks did him in. Gore, Kelley, Riddick. And if you had to guess which of those three names was the most successful and your first thought was the 167 year old Frank Gore who helped invent football, good on you. Because Kelley and Riddick just sucked. Making Kory’s team suck. See how that works? Overall, Kory has a well rounded squad. Few weaknesses. Benefited, like one of Philip Rivers 7 kids, on waiting for him to cum late.

One good thing:
Le’Veon Bell is decided to sit this section out. So...
Nelson Agholor and Geronimo Allison are cool.

One bad thing:
Ronald Jones 28 carries for 22 yards. I’m sorry, value can fall. I get it. But drafting a player that needed 28 attempts to get 22 yards doesn’t deserve the capital unless it’s round 17.

2017 Draft Recap - Let’s Get It On

Let’s start off with a cliche: It’s that time of year again, time for the Duck’s Village 2017 fantasy football season. And boy are 14 men happy it’s back.

The draft itself had some familiar tropes: Peyton was late, Cal is obsessed with Cowboys (Cody is obsessed with Cole Beasley) and Brian has continued his same draft strategy from years past.

This year, it’s time to really open up the statistical books, and see how this draft measured up. Below will be a short write up of each team, how they did record wise last year, and how they drafted. Let’s get it on.
